To become a Services Authorized Supplier you must apply to the Supplier Application Team, sign the contract, pay the £2,000 fee and pass the due diligence.
The Publisher Application Form is a mandatory form that all new Publishers must complete and submit back to the Publisher Applications Team. It should be meticulously filled out, providing relevant information in accordance with the designated sections. Failure to complete the form accurately may result in a diminished accuracy score. Publishers are required to return this form within 7 business days of receiving it.
For further details and pricing, please contact the Publisher Applications team at Publisherapplications@leadscale.com
New Publishers can partner with LeadScale Engine as a ‘Standard Publisher,’ which refers to a non-technology partner that has successfully passed the compliance and due diligence benchmark. For additional information and pricing details, please reach out to the Publisher Applications team at Publisherapplications@leadscale.com.
New publishers interested in joining the Authorized Supplier community as a technology partner have two options:
1. Engine License Holder – Due Diligence Prioritized Partner:
By paying a fee of £9,000, publishers gain access to their own data processing dashboard, known as the LeadScale Engine. Through this platform, publishers can upload leads, and our LeadScale Technical Services Team will configure the setup to ensure accurate output of 99% or higher to the client’s portal.
2. Certified Publisher: Highest Level of Approval – Engine License Holder + Provenance – Expert Witness Technology:
Suppliers pay a fee of £17,000, which includes access to the LeadScale Engine dashboard and the ability to append a data certificate of user consented evidence to a CRM integration partner. This process begins by placing the provenance code on a landing page and allowing the LeadScale Engine to generate the certification.
As part of the onboarding process, Publishers undergo training on how to use the Leadscale Engine dashboard, which is included as the 11th benchmark. For additional information and pricing details, please reach out to the Publisher Applications team at Publisherapplications@leadscale.com.
Once the new Publisher has sent back the Publisher profile to the Publisher Applications team and has chosen the partnership type, either a standard Supplier or an Engine Licence Holder. The contract is then sent to the Publisher via Adobe Sign and requires an e-signature. Refer to the Adobe Acrobat Sign User Guide for more information.
Publishers are required to undergo this evaluation at the LeadScale Group level to assess their compliance with GDPR and PECR regulations. The key question we need to ask is: “Is this Publisher a legal risk?”
This evaluation serves as the final stage of the onboarding process. Once approved, Publishers become authorized members of the Leadscale Engine Community. However, if a Publisher fails this stage, they are invited to undergo the due diligence process again after a couple of months.
Yes, there is an Engine Account Manager dedicate to help you. They are introduced to Publishers once the contract has been e-signed. Standard Publishers have limited access to the services of the Account Manager but will still answer questions and offer support during the onboarding benchmarks. The primary focus of the Account Manager will be with the success of the Engine Licence Holders.
General FAQs for all Publisher Types
Publishers are scored 1 to 7. Where 1 is optimal and 7 indicates the worst. Scores are assigned to Publishers based on their pitch to the LeadScale Services desk.
ART is a scoring system that evaluates Publishers on Accuracy, Responsiveness, and Timeliness.
It is a comprehensive scoring (out of seven) system assessing Publishers. Notably, Publisher partnerships are moving beyond definitions based on the scores assigned by the LeadScale Services team during Publisher pitches.
These characteristics are pivotal indicators of a Publisher’s reliability and suitability for collaboration. Being accurate, responsive, and timely embodies the qualities for a successful, productive and transparent partnership.
The Engine license fee is non-refundable, aligning with standard software license practices. For further details, please contact the Publisher Applications team at Publisherapplications@LeadScale.com
LeadScale now charges a new due diligence fee for Publishers who wish to remain authorised, and that fee has been updated to £2,000. We currently complete this compliance stage on a 2-year basis.
FAQs for Engine Licence Holders
Upon settling the invoice for your Engine Licence and successfully completing the due diligence stage, you will engage with the Technical Team for an introduction to the Engine’s technology. During this session, you will receive guidance on configuring ‘jobs,’ preparing them for the seamless processing of leads through the Engine.
Following the onboarding session, login details will be provided for you to access your dashboard.
The anticipated next step is for Publishers to actively use the Engine to deliver 100% of serviceable leads on their own campaigns, to their own clients. This proactive usage allows Publishers to gain firsthand experience and insights. Simultaneously, Publishers will have a feedback loop on how to enhance their lead input quality.
When analysing the statistics of your Engine, it reveals a significant improvement in the accuracy of your output quality. For instance, what may have initially been at 74% is now consistently exceeding 99%. This improvement not only contributes to a positive perception by your clients, but it also makes you appear more accurate and responsive proving you can deliver on time. The more reliant you are, higher the changes of presenting your case to the LeadScale Services desk.
In the absence of the Engine, advertisers may observe inaccuracies in your work, potentially impacting your reputation. However, with the Engine in place, your clients consistently perceive your output quality as near-perfect, even when variations exist between the records you generate and the ones they request.
The quality control team associated with the Engine is highly trusted by the LeadScale Services desk. Interestingly, they utilize the same team to configure their Engine accounts. This approach fosters greater alignment, expedites configuration and setup processes, and minimizes confusion between the buy-side technical team and the sell-side technical team.
Yes, the LeadScale Engine is Lolagrove, but a better and more powerful technology. The Engine is currently in its third version, with plans for the newest version to be released soon.
