Wayne joined LeadScale in 2012, and according to him, his first six months were a steep learning curve. He started by shadowing Francis for a few days, and soon after, he took over managing a large Australian B2C client on a daily basis. Once Wayne got his head around the fact that Excel wasn’t just Word with boxes and learnt a few simple functions, he went to work on LeadScale internal filters, spending hours on R&D before helping to spec the build of our first filter library.

Now, after 12 years Wayne is an Excel genius and can tell you formulas by heart. So, whenever you have an Excel question, he is your guy!

Today, the Excel master is the Director of the Technical Services team and handles the overall day-to-day running of the technical services function, supporting hundreds of campaigns globally for blue-chip clients such as Vodafone, Intel, BMW and agency groups such as OMG and WPP.
