Tom Barham started his digital journey directly out of university because the hiring manager liked his shoes. That is not to say that Tom is not skilled. He founded a digital media sales rep business that sold the first ad campaign on Twitch in the UK. Tom joined LeadScale in 2019, bringing with him his wealth of experience.
With over 20 years of digital experience, Tom is a passionate and team-oriented sales and marketing professional dedicated to helping businesses develop relationships through technology. As our Strategic Partnerships Manager, he leverages the right tech resources to maximize outcomes for our clients and partners.
Tom focuses on sourcing and evaluating partners and driving growth through new and enhanced products. His efforts have led to many of our great partnerships, including those with Amazon and LinkedIn. He also still knows the importance of a strong shoe game.
